Le directeur Hillary a donné de fausses attentes sur le temps que cela prendrait, ne s'est pas excusé pour le malentendu et était parti lorsque ma voiture était enfin prête. Ils m'ont donné une réduction insignifiante pour mes problèmes et le travail m'a coûté encore deux fois plus cher parce que ma femme a dû annuler des rendez-vous de travail. J'ai parlé avec le propriétaire qui semblait plus préoccupé par le nombre de rendez-vous qu'il avait réservés ce jour-là que par les attentes des clients. NE PAS RÉSERVER 25 RENDEZ-VOUS SI VOUS NE POUVEZ PAS LES FAIRE EN TEMPS OPPORTUN! J'ai expliqué que j'avais une autre voiture que je n'étais pas sûr de vouloir apporter et que le propriétaire n'a fait aucune tentative pour sauver mon entreprise! Je suppose qu'ils gagnent trop d'argent pour se soucier de leurs clients! Je ne reçois plus mon argent. J'irai quelque part qui se soucie, même si ça me coûte plus cher! C'est dommage.
