Très déçu de ne pas avoir répondu à mes préoccupations. J'ai envoyé deux courriels au directeur qui a choisi de m'ignorer. Je ne recommanderais cette organisation à personne. C'est déjà assez grave quand les choses tournent mal, mais encore pire quand une plainte envoyée par e-mail ne reçoit pas de réponse.
Ma plainte concerne un psychologue employé là-bas qui a écrit de fausses informations à mon sujet. Elle a écrit quelque chose que je n'ai jamais dit ou fait lors d'une séance de thérapie de groupe. Je suis la procédure de réclamation correcte décrite dans la politique de confidentialité et j'envoie un e-mail de suivi qui est ignoré.
C'est extrêmement décevant et un abus de confiance. Être ignoré aggrave la situation.
