Les livres commandés indiquaient qu'ils étaient en stock et qu'ils recevraient dans 7 à 10 jours. Rappelé après 2 semaines et dit seulement envoyé par la poste 2 jours avant d'attendre 7 à 10 jours. À aucun moment, des excuses n'ont été présentées simplement parce que c'était une période chargée. Quatre semaines après j'ai commandé toujours aucun signe de livres. Les personnes qui répondent au téléphone ont besoin d'un cours de service à la clientèle.
