L'entreprise pour laquelle je travaille est un concepteur, fabricant et distributeur de produits d'intimité, y compris des dispositifs médicaux. J'ai contacté BioFilms pour enquêter sur les volumes d'achat de leur produit lubrifiant Astroglide afin que je puisse placer le lubrifiant Astroglide dans chaque emballage de détail des produits que nous distribuons. J'avais laissé 6 messages sur une période de 6 semaines à un directeur des ventes chez BioFilms et je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. J'ai ensuite envoyé un e-mail à l'entreprise pour qu'elle enquête sur le volume d'achat de son produit Astroglide - aucune réponse. J'ai contacté un grossiste pour acheter directement auprès du grossiste et on m'a dit que je devais être autorisé à distribuer le produit Astroglide. Allez comprendre. Je suppose que je vais travailler avec une entreprise professionnelle.
Mise à jour: J'ai contacté Trigg Labs, fabricants de lubrifiants WET - c'est une entreprise professionnelle dédiée au service client. Pour mémoire, je ne suis pas affilié, n'ai jamais travaillé et ne travaille pas pour Trigg Labs. Cet examen est une déclaration de fait.
