Le pire service client de tous les temps. Nous étions un client sans rendez-vous. Nous leur avons demandé des échantillons et ils ont fourni des boîtes qu'ils produisent. Nous étions intéressés par l'une de ces boîtes qu'ils produisent déjà et nous avons demandé leur commande minimum, ils ont dit que c'était 1000. Lorsque nous avons décidé de passer la commande, ils ont dit que nous devions en commander 5000, ils nous factureraient l'assiette qu'ils avaient déjà et payaient par un autre client. Nous avons répété la même question sur la commande minimum, ils ont dit que c'était 1000. Et puis ils ont continué à manipuler le prix et la quantité. nous avons entendu un gars dire qu'ils facturaient ce dessin animé pour 1,5 AED et le gars impoli qui manipulait disait 1,8 AED. Ils n'ont pas de prix standard. De plus, nous avons demandé à leur responsable, ils ont dit qu'il était en voyage. Ils devraient avoir honte de cette attitude aimable avec les clients.
