Service vraiment médiocre. Nous louons un petit bureau à Utrecht avec leur agence partenaire Ans de wijn. Nous avons payé le loyer du 1er avril. Mais jusqu'au 21 avril, nous pouvons enfin récupérer nos clés. J'ai contacté les deux parties à plusieurs reprises et Ans de wijn m'a même répondu: "Je ne peux pas vous aider avec les clés." Finalement, ils m'ont dit que la clé se trouvait dans la cuisine de l'immeuble de bureaux. Mais il y a tellement de clés pour toutes les unités de bureau dans tout l'étage, et elles me disent un faux numéro !!! Donc, je dois essayer ces clés une par une jusqu'à ce que je trouve la bonne !!! En outre, dans le contrat dit, nous avons un accès 24/7 à l'immeuble de bureaux. Mais jusqu'à aujourd'hui 28 avril, nous n'avons toujours pas reçu les clés de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble, puisque la porte d'entrée est fermée tous les dimanches !!! De plus, la boîte aux lettres n'est pas prête à l'emploi et nous n'avons pas de clés !!! Je leur ai écrit un e-mail, mais ils n'ont pas répondu. Et il est également difficile de les appeler par téléphone! Personne ne semble essayer de résoudre le problème pour nous! Ans de wijn a dit que nous devrions contacter CBRE, mais CBRE a dit qu'ils avaient déjà informé Ans de wijn ... Quel service médiocre ...
