La direction et le personnel sont formidables. Vanessa et Michael ont toujours été très professionnels et extrêmement serviables lors de l'emménagement et du départ. Le dépôt de garantie était assez élevé mais tous les frais de déménagement étaient justes. J'ai presque tout récupéré.

Je n'ai jamais interagi directement avec le personnel de maintenance mais Yohana et son équipe étaient incroyables. Quelques problèmes mineurs ont surgi, mais après avoir déposé une demande, les choses ont été réglées le lendemain. Dans l'ensemble, les unités sont bien entretenues. Les couloirs sont parfois un peu sales mais je pense que c'est normal étant donné que les animaux sont autorisés.

Le quartier est assez bon en ce qui concerne Berkeley. Il est à distance de marche de nombreux magasins et restaurants sur Shattuck et Telegraph tout en étant assez calme. Les gens qui vivent dans le complexe et dans les maisons environnantes sont pour la plupart sympathiques et tous sont raisonnables.

Sérieusement l'un des meilleurs endroits où j'ai jamais vécu. La gérante, Vanessa, s'occupe de tout pour vous. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes de maintenance depuis que nous avons emménagé, mais nous la contactons ou soumettons un ticket de réparation en ligne et la plupart des choses sont résolues dans les prochains jours. Elle aborde même les préoccupations du quartier, pas seulement de notre appartement individuel. Espérons que Kasa sait à quel point Vanessa est importante et si elle quitte un jour, ils maintiendront sa même qualité de travail !!
