Très sympathique et compréhensif et utile aux nouveaux résidents, aux constructeurs de maisons et aux rénovateurs. Ils comprennent l'importance de la construction de leur comté, y compris tous les cantons sous ce parapluie. Inepte. J'ai soumis une demande dûment remplie avec un chèque et une enveloppe auto-adressée pour une copie certifiée conforme du certificat de décès de ma mère. C'était quelques semaines après sa mort.

Au lieu du certificat, j'ai reçu par la poste mon chèque original, le formulaire rempli dans l'enveloppe auto-adressée avec un pense-bête indiquant "Ce dossier n'est pas prêt"

Vraiment? Quel genre de processus de réflexion ferait en sorte que cela semble être une bonne idée?

Alors pourquoi ne pas utiliser au moins un peu plus d'encre et me dire quand elle sera prête? Ou jouons-nous la balise de retour de courrier jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit prête? Ou encore plus intelligemment que diriez-vous si vous tenez votre bureau jusqu'à ce qu'il soit prêt. C'est triste à quel point notre gouvernement est pitoyable face au secteur privé.
