Ils ont commencé un examen psychologique sans que les deux parents soient impliqués ou présents sur mon fils de quatre ans le 2 mai 2020.
Depuis, j'ai appelé, envoyé un e-mail et continué d'appeler pour essayer de joindre le Dr Carrosso sans succès.
Si vous prévoyez de pouvoir communiquer avec un docteur qui y est employé, vous devrez peut-être choisir ailleurs.
J'ai reçu un appel du secrétaire aujourd'hui de l'emplacement de North Hills / Monroeville pour confirmer une réunion Zoom avec le Dr susmentionné demain.

J'ai dit à la réceptionniste que je le croirais quand je le verrai car il a fallu si longtemps au Dr pour répondre à mes préoccupations.
Elle a ri de moi, je lui ai dit que je ne trouvais rien d'amusant dans la situation.
Les obscénités se sont échangées.
Elle m'a dit qu'elle n'avait pas besoin d'écouter ma voix et m'a raccroché au nez.
J'espère que le Dr a la capacité de communiquer, je suppose que nous verrons.

Le médecin s'est racheté et s'est mis en quatre pour me contacter et a passé en revue l'évaluation et ajouté plus d'informations.
Tous mes soucis sont résolus et je donne maintenant un coup de pouce à ces gars!
Mon avis de parent inquiet a eu le meilleur de moi et avec le temps, les problèmes ont été résolus ...
