Pire endroit à louer, il n'y a pas de communication et / ou de soutien à la croissance.

Horrible ligne de communication avec les locataires. L'entretien est inexistant et pour faire réparer quoi que ce soit, j'ai dû appeler une entreprise extérieure et lui faire facturer Crotts. Je vous suggère de vous assurer de NE PAS louer d'espace de bureau commercial ou un appartement géré (je dis ce terme vaguement car ils ne gèrent en réalité rien d'autre que vos paiements) par THE CROTTS GROUP. Méfiez-vous des gens de Macon en Géorgie !!!! Ils ont des commerces et des appartements dans notre région !! Faites votre diligence raisonnable et assurez-vous de ne pas rester coincé dans un bail sous cette société de gestion !!! Vous regretterez la décision, promis!

Seigneurs des bidonvilles. Ils ont augmenté notre loyer de 85 $ / mois après que nous ayons eu 3 refoulements de conduites d'eau et qu'un tuyau a éclaté dans notre mur en 5 mois ... QUATRE inondations à cet endroit. Et l'eau est constamment coupée ici en raison de problèmes de ligne !!!
