J'ai acheté un camion chez eux, par contrat ils m'ont garanti 40% de pneus à conduire (avant et arrière) Mais ce n'était pas comme ça !!!
Sur l'essieu avant c'est vrai: ils sont à 40% peut-être même plus mais à droite ils ont monté Michelin et à gauche Dunlop alors comprends bien que je ne peux pas utiliser les pneus car ce sont 2 marques différentes
Alors que l'arrière n'est pas seulement monté dans le sens inverse de la marche mais pas même à 10% de la bande de roulement.
Il est vrai que mon chauffeur n'a pas vérifié et fait confiance, mais il est également vrai que si vous avez affaire à des personnes fiables, ces choses ne devraient pas se produire.
De retour au bureau j'ai rencontré le problème et demandé des éclaircissements, au début je n'ai pas reçu de feedback mais insistant un peu ils ont répondu que mon chauffeur avait vendu ses pneus dans la rue .. ce qui n'est pas du tout le cas car sur une vidéo de le véhicule reçu par eux avant le retrait, vous pouvez voir la flèche de rotation du pneu en marche arrière.
Je ne suis pas tellement en colère pour l'erreur qu'ils ont faite mais pour l'insistance et l'accusation sur mon chauffeur ... ce qui, j'en suis sûr, ne l'est pas vraiment !!!
Alors soyez très PRUDENT !!!
