J'ai acheté un HP All in On PC, considérant que l'établissement Anoia Office Equipment est informatique et pensant que si jamais j'avais quelque chose ils pouvaient me donner une solution, celui-ci avait un problème d'écran et était déjà hors garantie depuis peu de temps, mais il a aussi été décidé d'effectuer sa réparation, après plus de six mois, avec des erreurs, des excuses de transport, covid et distributeurs, finalement ils n'ont pas su me donner une solution, cependant la question du problème c'est le service donné, manque d'attention et de suivi de la réparation, ils doivent passer derrière, paresseusement ils ne vous appellent pas ou ne vous informent pas et s'ils répondent ils le font avec des excuses, des mensonges et le problème a toujours été référé au concessionnaire réparateur, peut-être que d'autres clients seront contents, mais mon cas est déçu du service, alors j'ai mis ma croix dans l'établissement Equipos Oficina Anoia, en mentionnant que l'ordinateur est déjà réparé en trois semaines dans un service technique c de Tarragone.
