Facturation inexacte et manque de communication. Premièrement, ils n'ont pas donné une estimation précise des travaux avant de commencer les travaux requis. Deuxièmement, les tarifs qu'ils facturaient pour faire les choses étaient excessifs, mais j'ai payé les travaux structurels parce que la compagnie d'assurance a accepté le travail. 4 059 $. Un petit travail de 3 'X 5 pieds coupé dans le plafond et 48 heures de séchoirs. Ils ont également fait un inventaire des articles qui avaient de la poussière de cloison sèche et de l'eau dessus et ont essayé de restaurer mon canapé non endommagé par l'eau. J'ai dit non. Ils ont envoyé une facture de 779,35 $ pour ce travail et pour nettoyer le canapé, ce qui leur a pris 5 minutes. J'ai refusé de payer les 325 $ de frais de canapé et ils l'ont simplement envoyé à des collections où personne ne dit qu'ils peuvent faire quoi que ce soit. Cela fait presque deux ans et ils ne font toujours rien, sauf avoir des appels de collecte et être impolis. Viennent ensuite les petites créances pour les amener à arrêter ou au moins à retirer les 325 $. dommage que je doive faire ça.
