Je vous rappelle que le notaire chargé de régler une succession ne peut être tenu pour responsable du non-respect des délais lorsque, notamment 1 / les documents ne sont pas transmis à temps ou de manière incomplète, 2 / il est confronté à un désaccord entre les héritiers ou 3 / absence de liquidité pour payer les droits.
Il est trop facile de toujours vouloir remettre en cause la responsabilité du notaire pour se soustraire à ses propres obligations en prétendant que dans tous les cas les notaires ont une assurance et qu'ils paieront.
J'ai eu la même expérience que le critique ci-dessous. Je ne sais pas pourquoi mon oncle a choisi cette étude. Le décès a eu lieu en 2018 nous sommes en 2020 et ce n'est toujours pas réglé. Et la mort a également été déclarée tardive. Ne répondez pas au seul e-mail que j'ai envoyé alors j'appelle et on me dit que je vais être rappelé brièvement
