Je connais et travaille avec Chuck et Geoquest depuis plus de 10 ans sur des dizaines de travaux que nous avons accomplis. Tout, des détails structurels simples aux projets très complexes où nous avons soulevé et nivelé des maisons à flanc de colline et modifié 1895 victoriens en plans d'étage ouverts modernes sans perturber leur «charme». Je peux dire sans équivoque qu’ils ont été excellents.
Cela peut être un peu frustrant de ne pas abandonner tous leurs autres engagements et de tendre immédiatement au mien, mais c'est une simple réalité de la vie et honnêtement, un reflet de notre état d'esprit dû à notre vie à l'ère de tout à la demande.

Je leur ai fait faire un échantillon de sol pour un bâtiment sur lequel je voulais faire un ajout. Tout d'abord, ils m'ont facturé 200 dollars pour la sortie de leur ingénieur et bs car je ne sais pas combien de temps il me semble qu'ils auraient pu commander le test de sol. Ensuite, je ne suis même pas informé du coût de 200 dollars jusqu'à ce que je reçoive une lettre des mois plus tard disant que si je ne l'ai pas payé le mois dernier (comme c'est déjà en souffrance), il y aura des frais.
Ensuite, quand la ville se présente pour marquer la zone (pour laquelle ils ont dit qu'un ingénieur serait présent), j'essaie moi-même de savoir quoi faire.
Alors j'appelle leur réception et je demande au réceptionniste quoi dire au gars de la ville. Elle ne sait même pas qui je suis ou quoi lui dire ou comment chercher cette information. Alors je lui dis merci et au revoir d'être gentille, ce à quoi elle a répondu "Je ne sais pas comment j'ai aidé". Ensuite, je dis au gars de la ville de marquer tout cela et ils peuvent déterminer l'emplacement du trou.
Malheureusement, je les ai payés par chèque le premier jour où leur ingénieur est sorti. Donc, ils auraient dû avoir une trace de moi et honnêtement ne pas savoir pourquoi ils n'ont pas collecté les «200 dollars que je leur devais» en même temps que je coupais le chèque pour le test de sol. Tout est foiré.
Donc, dans leur rapport, ils disent que nous leur avons dit où forer le tout. (Je ne leur ai rien dit sur l'endroit où forer, pas sur mon travail) Quand il était censé être à nouveau supervisé par un ingénieur.
Ensuite, nous obtenons le rapport, aucune explication, seulement une demande de signature d'un document qui dit que nous / ils informerons quiconque souhaite acheter la propriété à l'avenir les résultats du test. Quand je ne sais même pas ce qu'il y a dedans ou si c'est même bien fait.
Cette entreprise est une imposture. En bout de ligne, je ne leur ferais plus jamais confiance pour quoi que ce soit.
