Je l'ai ensuite transféré au Manoir Fountain View et j'ai immédiatement remarqué une amélioration spectaculaire de la qualité des soins prodigués. L'installation physique de Fountain View Manor était beaucoup plus familiale et accueillante et, plus important encore, le personnel semblait beaucoup plus impliqué et attentionné. Malgré son changement de comportement, le personnel l'a toujours traité avec compassion et dignité, tout en s'assurant qu'il ne représentait pas un danger pour lui-même ou pour les autres. Bien que mon ami soit décédé plus tôt cette année à la suite de sa maladie progressive, je sais qu'il considérait le personnel de Fountain View Manor comme ses amis et je suis reconnaissant pour leur dévouement et pour avoir veillé à ce que ses derniers mois de vie soient aussi agréables que possible. .
