J'avais acheté une batterie pour mon service d'escooter était de classe basse et aucun support du propriétaire. J'avais rendu la batterie mais ils ont gaspillé 1 mois pour le remboursement.

Service horrible.
J'ai acheté l'atomiseur (machine à brouillard) il y a une semaine .... la machine fonctionne bien jusqu'à ce jour mais le service était vraiment lent. Le propriétaire a promis de livrer cette machine le même jour et j'ai donc effectué le paiement en ligne. Le soir, on m'a dit que la buse était défectueuse et que la machine ne pouvait donc pas fonctionner. Ce genre d'excuses a duré jusqu'à 5 jours et finalement j'ai eu ma machine après 5 jours de lutte. J'ai d'abord pensé que cela pouvait arriver parfois et en gardant confiance, j'ai commandé une solution d'atomiseur et un kit EPI de toute urgence. Avant de commander j'étais engagé à 14h mais comme avant les excuses étaient là à chaque fois que j'appelais. J'étais engagé la dernière fois à 16 h 15 et quand j'ai appelé le propriétaire, il était si impoli qu'on ne peut pas l'expliquer ici et m'a crié en disant qu'il devait gérer de nombreux clients, il est occupé et on lui a dit d'acheter le dit matériel provenant de tout autre magasin et gardé le téléphone. N'achetez pas chez Future Lighting Solutions et si vous voulez acheter, achetez à vos propres risques.
Un tel perdant ... Maintenant, le propriétaire répond que j'ai été testé positif au COVID et qu'il n'a donc pas livré le produit à mon domicile alors qu'à ce jour, je ne suis pas testé positif. Le service de Future Lighting Solutions était faux, mais maintenant le propriétaire semble lui aussi donner de fausses excuses. Terrible de leur part.
