Nous vivons dans le développement Bridle Creek à Pleasanton, en Californie. Les maisons ont été construites par Greenbriar. Nous avons le modèle 4 avec le grand plafond de deux étages couvrant le foyer, le salon et l'escalier / le grenier. C'est une zone assez vaste. Il y a environ 10 ans, nous avons remarqué une petite fissure dans la couture. John, responsable du service client, est venu l'examiner. Rien n'a été fait parce qu'il a dit que les fissures dans les joints des cloisons sèches étaient naturellement causées par les tremblements de terre et les tassements. Nous sommes maintenant en août 2015 et nous avons fait inspecter le plafond parce que les fissures des joints traversent maintenant du nord au sud et d'est en ouest. Nous avons découvert que les poutres du plafond sont structurellement défaillantes, ce qui cause le problème. Nous avons appelé Greenbrier et ils ne sortiront même pas pour le regarder. Nous sommes les propriétaires d'origine et le refus de Greenbrier de sortir et même de le regarder est épouvantable. Je suppose qu'ils sont trop liés à leur nouvelle entreprise de logement à Pleasanton, Lund Ranch.

Nous possédons l'une de leurs maisons depuis plus de 10 ans. Au fil des ans, comme nous avons fait venir divers corps de métier pour travailler sur notre maison, chacun d'entre eux a constaté à quel point la maison était bien construite. Des couvreurs aux électriciens, en passant par les gens du CVC, ils ont tous mentionné qu'ils voyaient une construction de très haute qualité. Et ceux qui connaissent le constructeur, chacun d'entre eux a mentionné que Greenbriar est l'un de ses constructeurs préférés en raison de sa qualité.
