Ils disent que sur leur site Web, une société de morgage unique en son genre, ils sont honnêtes avec cela, je parie que la raison du changement de nom est parce qu'ils donnaient à habatate un mauvais nom que mon ami a essayé de changer des informations depuis plus d'une semaine maintenant, quelle que soit l'heure à laquelle vous appelez, vous obtenez un répondeur, puis il faut jusqu'au lendemain au plus tôt pour que quelqu'un revienne votre appel, il n'y a aucune excuse pour traiter les gens de cette façon ces personnes travaillent longtemps et dur pour obtenir leur maison pour être intimidée et terrifiée à l'idée de la perdre à cause de cette entreprise où se trouve le meilleur bureau d'affaires lorsque vous en avez besoin, tout ce que je peux dire, c'est d'être très très prudent avec cette entreprise

J'ai une maison d'habitat en Caroline du Nord, et mon compte a depuis été remis à cette entreprise. On m'a renvoyé le solde de mon compte en décembre, je pensais que c'était tout ce que je devais, j'avais de l'aide pour m'envoyer la PLUPART. Maintenant que je n'ai pas été en mesure d'envoyer le solde avant la fin du mois, la société m'a informé qu'elle ajouterait un mois à mes paiements.
C'est ce qu'ils disent arriver jusqu'à ce que je paie mon solde. Ils n'ajoutent pas les frais de retard normaux, ils ajoutent un paiement mensuel de la maison entière du barrage à mon solde.
Une fois que j'en suis sorti, je me lave les mains avec cette entreprise! Et le service client est le pire! La personne qui continue de m'envoyer des e-mails est méchante comme l'enfer!

La pire entreprise avec laquelle j'ai eu affaire ... Ils ont perdu mon paiement, puis après que je sois allé à Western Union pour payer les frais de 15 $ pour une photocopie de l'argent encaissé commandé qu'ils ont encaissé, ils l'ont trouvé !!! Ils auraient dû me rendre volontiers mes 15 $ car c'était une faute et ils ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas. Les gens font très attention. Tellement déçu de cette organisation
