Mon agent immobilier qui a plus de 20 ans d'expérience a été complètement choqué par son manque de professionnalisme et ses pratiques chaotiques. J'ai récemment terminé une transaction et ils sont l'entiercement du vendeur. Voici ce que j'ai vécu personnellement: 1) Je n'ai jamais envoyé de documents à temps. Mon prêteur ne pourra pas obtenir de documents avant d'avoir demandé 3-4 fois. 2) Système chaotique. Il leur a fallu une éternité pour répondre, mais ils ont toujours exigé une réponse immédiate de notre part. Au lieu de nous contacter par e-mail officiel quelques jours avant la fin d'Esrcow, un numéro aléatoire m'a juste envoyé un SMS demandant la signature du document le jour même. Et leur emploi du temps est toujours réservé, ce qui ne me laisse pas d'autre choix que de s'adapter à leur emploi du temps. Ils ont changé les instructions de virement bancaire et les informations sur papier qu'ils m'ont transmises sont fausses - et ont fini par me donner de nouvelles informations de virement bancaire par e-mail - même avec des erreurs. C'est un gros achat, et j'ai dû vérifier trois fois pour m'assurer qu'il s'agissait d'une arnaque! 3) mauvaises communications; la tête haute, le suivi et des instructions claires est un tel luxe. Nous n'avons jamais connu de communication professionnelle de leur part. 4) En traînant les pieds pour nous payer le loyer du vendeur. Tout le bail et l'avenant de location ont été signés et ils traînaient toujours après la fermeture de Escrow. Ils ont continué à essayer de trouver des raisons ridicules de ne pas nous payer le loyer du vendeur. À un moment donné, je voulais sérieusement les poursuivre pour de telles mauvaises opérations. C'est ma deuxième expérience d'achat d'une maison, et comparée à ma première, c'est l'enfer.
