Tout d'abord, nous avons été accueillis par des gens incroyablement gentils et sympathiques. Ils avaient également une si merveilleuse variété de produits et de services qui peuvent parfois être déroutants pour un nouveau venu comme moi. La boutique est au-delà du non professionnel! Nous avons été facturés 70000 (environ 50 USD) pour des frais de livraison à Beyrouth.

À 11 heures du matin, nous avons reçu un appel disant que les usines seraient livrées dans 20 minutes, sans prévenir au préalable qu'elles allaient arriver. Nous avons littéralement laissé tomber tout ce que nous faisions, avons sauté dans un taxi pour nous rendre chez nous pour la livraison. Près de 4 heures plus tard et après de nombreux appels à la pépinière, nos plants sont enfin arrivés. Nous avons entendu toutes sortes d'excuses ... "Eh bien, ils étaient là et personne n'était à la maison" ... mensonges ... J'ai attendu 40 minutes dehors, ce n'est donc pas possible. "Eh bien, ils sont allés à la mauvaise adresse parce que vous nous avez donné la mauvaise" ... mensonges ... nous avons envoyé une épingle avec notre emplacement.

Donc, si vous avez une voiture et que vous voulez de belles plantes, je vous recommande une visite.

Si vous n'avez pas de voiture et que vous n'avez pas toute la journée à être secoué par un personnel non professionnel et menteur, je vous déconseille cette pépinière de fleurs.
