M. Lassiter n'est pas basé dans mon état ou comté et ne connaissait malheureusement pas les détails pour remplir les documents requis pour soumettre mon dossier de jugement final. L'arriéré avec le comté ici est absolument ridicule avec cinq à six mois d'attente pour qu'ils traitent vos documents. Les documents que j'ai soumis sur la base des instructions de M. Lassiter n'étaient pas corrects et ils ont été retournés cinq mois plus tard. J'ai payé 400 $ pour rien !!!! Je suis finalement allé voir un parajuriste ici dans mon comté qui était très expérimenté et qui travaille avec le tribunal de la famille ici depuis 30 ans. J'ai soumis à nouveau les documents corrects et j'attends que le paquet soit approuvé et que le divorce soit accordé. Personne ne peut se permettre de faire des erreurs ici, dans ce comté! J'ai donc attendu maintenant près d'un an et cinq à six mois et mon argent a été gaspillé en utilisant les non-services de M. Lassiter.

Dossier ouvert très insatisfait en janvier 2017, nous sommes maintenant en septembre 2017, c'était aussi simple que de déposer un divorce déjà signé. Et il n'est pas encore achevé à cette date. Demander un remboursement de mon argent afin que je puisse engager quelqu'un d'autre qui puisse terminer mon divorce.

Rachel, je n'étais pas au courant des problèmes que vous aviez avec le dépôt. Si vous ne me contactez pas, je ne sais pas. J'aurais apporté les corrections nécessaires. J'ai travaillé en Californie pendant plusieurs années avec très peu de complications. À ce stade, je ne sais pas quel problème existait. N'hésitez pas à me contacter à ce sujet.
