J'ai été incorrectement facturé par l'urgence lorsque ma fille est née, et je ne l'ai découvert que lorsque cela apparaît sur mon rapport de solvabilité.
J'ai fourni les bons documents prouvant qu'elle était couverte par une assurance au moment de la naissance, mais ce centre de facturation l'a «perdue». Alors j'ai de nouveau faxé la preuve. J'ai essayé de le vérifier, mais on m'a dit que je serais contacté par eux lorsqu'ils y arriveraient dans les 30 jours. Cela fait environ 60 jours maintenant, et il n'y a toujours pas d'enregistrement des documents que j'ai envoyés deux fois maintenant, et personne à qui je peux parler pour corriger cette situation. On m'a dit d'envoyer et de télécopier une preuve ENCORE parce qu'il n'y a aucune note indiquant que quoi que ce soit avait été reçu. Pendant ce temps, mon crédit a pris et continue de prendre un coup à cause de cela.
