Récemment, ma mère de 78 ans était en convalescence à Mercy après une opération au genou. Je lui ai rendu visite plusieurs fois et l'ai trouvée heureuse et bien prise en charge. Elle a apprécié la nourriture, obtenant souvent plus que ce à quoi elle s'attendait, a reçu une grande réponse de l'aide et a été très bien gérée par le groupe de réadaptation. Elle était personnellement satisfaite de la façon dont ils l'ont poussée vers un rétablissement plus sain.
J'ai été ravi par le personnel, la directrice et son équipe qui ont fait tout leur possible pour s'assurer qu'elle était heureuse et à l'aise. Ils ont vraiment des oreilles attentives et un cœur attentionné chez Mercy!

Ma mère est décédée il y a plus d'un an. Elle a passé ses quatre derniers mois à Mercy. Je vis dans un autre état et j'étais juste en Californie pour une visite. Bien sûr, y aller me fait toujours penser à ma mère, et je pensais à Mercy et aux merveilleux soins qu'elle a reçus et j'ai pensé que je laisserais un commentaire. Pour moi, résidant hors de l'État, il était très important pour moi de m'assurer que ma mère était bien prise en charge. Je l'ai souvent visitée au cours de ses quatre derniers mois, car nous savions qu'elle n'avait pas longtemps. Ma mère a été traitée avec le plus grand respect et la plus grande compassion de tout le monde, que ce soit de la part de Tamra, la directrice, et de son personnel direct; les infirmières; ou l'équipe de maintenance. Ils étaient tous simplement incroyables avec elle (et nous en tant que famille). Ils m'ont toujours accueilli et répondu à toutes mes questions. Ils étaient pleins de gentillesse et de compassion. Je suis très heureuse qu'elle ait été dans un si bon environnement jusqu'à la toute fin. Je recommande cet endroit à tout le monde.

Mercy Care Center conviendrait pour la retraite, PAS BON pour les soins infirmiers assistés ou qualifiés. Ils ont un bon chef, une bonne salle à manger de type restaurant ... mais les soins dans la chambre sont horribles. Mon frère était là 6 mois ... dans la vie qualifiée et assistée .. enfin au lit 24/7 pour les 2 derniers mois. Il n'a PAS été maintenu propre, a attendu HOURS après avoir appuyé sur le bouton pour appeler de l'aide .... des semaines pour être baigné .... plus de 6 semaines pour se faire laver les cheveux ... Il y a clairement le Pretense of Mercy étant un établissement catholique, comme c'était autrefois, mais mon frère ne pouvait même pas obtenir la communion après la messe dominicale dans l'auditorium de Mercy. J'habitais loin, donc je ne pouvais qu'appeler et me plaindre et demander de meilleurs soins ... mais cela n'a pas été donné. Mon conseil: restez à l'écart si vous n'êtes pas mobile ou déplacez votre proche s'il a besoin de plus d'aide. L'administrateur
devrait être remplacée par quelqu'un qui comprend mieux son travail. Le service de facturation n'a AUCUN problème avec leur travail ... notre coût par mois s'élevant à plus de 8300 $ (pour les services énumérés qui n'ont pas été livrés.) J'ai protesté et j'ai fait réduire cette énorme facture après avoir refusé de la payer.

Dieu merci, une gentille infirmière en soins palliatifs est finalement arrivée 3 semaines avant sa mort ... le baignant 3 fois par semaine au lit, en lavant ses cheveux et en le gardant propre et confortable. Bénissez-la.
