Expérience horrible, je suis allé pour le ronflement et une possible apnée du sommeil, j'ai été renvoyé à la maison avec un casque défectueux qui, lorsqu'il est porté, est impossible de s'endormir car il ne cesse de vous parler. Quand je leur ai appelé et leur ai dit qu'il était cassé, ils ont dit que c'était juste moi et que je devais rendre le dispositif et c'était tout. Pour aggraver les choses, ils n'ont jamais perçu mon paiement de 30 $, jamais appelé ou envoyé une lettre à ce sujet, puis ils m'ont envoyé à une agence de recouvrement pour 30 $ qu'ils n'ont jamais collectés. J'ai dû me rendre dans une vraie clinique du sommeil pour résoudre mes problèmes de ronflement. C'est de loin le pire cabinet médical auquel j'aie jamais eu affaire et je ne le recommanderais pas à mon pire ennemi.
