I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Je suis tellement déçu de la façon dont vous gérez la situation de Little Palm Island. Nous avons remboursé notre dépôt en juillet, l'ouragan Irma a frappé mi-septembre. Le complexe est fermé, nous avons dû faire d'autres projets de vacances et nous voulons juste récupérer notre argent. Lorsque nous appelons, personne ne peut répondre à aucune de nos questions. Je ne séjournerai jamais dans aucun de vos complexes et je dirai à tout le monde que je ne peux pas séjourner dans aucun de vos complexes!

Nous avons séjourné au River Terrace Inn à Napa. Si mal nommé. Notre chambre n'avait pas de vue que nous avions demandée. Une auberge est censée être un lieu d'accueil. Nous n'avons eu aucune aide avec nos bagages ni à l'intérieur ni à l'extérieur (nous avons 67 et 72 ans). Nous avons eu un petit verre de vin médiocre à notre arrivée, mais nous avons trouvé que l'eau dans notre chambre était de 2 ou 5 dollars la bouteille. Nous avions déjà séjourné au RUI Sheraton à San Francisco où des bouteilles d'eau étaient données gratuitement. Et pour couronner le tout, très tôt dans la journée, une musique épouvantable constante partout dans l'hôtel, y compris dans notre chambre, il fallait donc sortir ou devenir fou. Ensuite, ils ont voulu nous facturer 28 dollars de plus pour des choses que nous n'avions pas utilisées. Heureusement, nos documents ont montré que nous ne devions rien.
