Le pire système bancaire que j'aie jamais utilisé! Rarement peut obtenir un banquier, des systèmes datés, un système téléphonique SUCKS période. Pour une entreprise qui se nourrit du service à la clientèle et qui le fait si bien dans ses magasins, la partie bancaire ne reflète pas bien ce service.

Jusqu'à présent, j'ai eu une très bonne expérience avec cette coopérative de crédit. Mon autre coopérative de crédit est également excellente, mais elle est basée en Californie et je vis actuellement à Washington. Le service client est de premier ordre. La visualisation des relevés et de votre activité bancaire, etc. en ligne n'est malheureusement pas aussi bonne que celle des autres banques. Et j'aurais aimé qu'il y ait une application pour téléphone, mais peut-être dans le futur.

Je fais affaire avec la Nordstrom Federal Credit Union depuis près de 20 ans. J'ai ouvert leur magasin à Atlanta, en Géorgie, en 1998 et depuis lors, j'ai effectué des opérations bancaires. Ils ont été incroyables, tant au niveau du service à la clientèle que de ma capacité à y avoir pleinement accès, même s'ils sont sur la côte ouest et moi sur la côte est. Je ne miserai nulle part ailleurs ...
