Installation incroyable ... personnel incroyable et sympathique

Les chauffeurs qui chargent ici et se rendent à Des Moines, IA ou ailleurs ... assurez-vous qu'ils n'oublient pas de mettre un sceau sur votre remorque ou bien votre chargement sera rejeté à la réception. Je m'occupe de ça maintenant. Ils ont mis un numéro de sceau sur mes papiers et j'ai oublié de mettre le sceau. Maintenant, ils me blâment. J'ai déjà fait cette charge plus de 5 fois et cela ne s'est jamais produit auparavant. Encore une fois ... prenez des photos du phoque ... assurez-vous qu'ils le font aussi. Je cherche juste la prochaine personne.

Cet endroit est horrible. Si vous êtes envoyé pour un ramassage, dites simplement NON !! Je suis venu ici et j'ai dû traverser leurs balances non certifiées 3x et 3x pour pouvoir obtenir un poids. Guy a dit que ce n'était pas en surpoids. Allez à CATscale et devinez quoi .. surpoids !! Ils le chargent uniquement sur les essieux moteurs et laissent 20 pieds de remorque vide à l'arrière parce que c'est ainsi que le client le souhaite. On vous dit de revenir et le gars serait là pour décharger et changer de poste, mais il n'est jamais venu. Il attend maintenant 13 heures. Il a ensuite dit qu'il était en surpoids de 200 lb quand nous sommes partis, mais il a dit que ce n'était pas un problème. Il a menti sur le poids. Il a MENTU sur le retour pour le réparer. Alors maintenant, nous attendons. NE PERDEZ PAS VOTRE TEMPS EN VENANT ICI !!!
