Nous avons récemment acheté un réfrigérateur à fleurs d'Orford Refrigeration, le service était transparent et le réfrigérateur est fantastique

J'ai apporté il y a quelque temps un réfrigérateur de marque EB (portes à double vitrage) pour mon bar à la maison, qui coûtait plus cher que les réfrigérateurs standard mais était plus économique à utiliser. La garantie était de 12 mois et au bout de 14 mois, il y avait un problème lorsque la température dans le réfrigérateur a gelé tout le contenu de ma boisson qui a ensuite explosé.

J'ai contacté Orford à plusieurs reprises et laissé des messages pour que le représentant des ventes me rappelle, mais ils m'ont évité comme la peste, ont finalement appelé sous un nom différent pour qu'ils prennent mon appel et quand j'ai expliqué les événements qui s'étaient produits, ils m'ont essentiellement essuyé parce que le frigo était hors garantie (de 2 mois).

Je peux apprécier la période de garantie, mais lorsque vous achetez un réfrigérateur commercial (mon cher) et que vous ne l'utilisez que dans un environnement domestique, vous vous attendez à ce qu'il dure plus de 14 mois, d'autant plus que j'ai un réfrigérateur / congélateur dans notre cuisine qui est plus de 10 ans et est toujours aussi fort.

Comme ils n'offrent aucun service, j'ai dû par la suite faire appel à un mécanicien en réfrigération qui m'a chargé un bras et une jambe et a remplacé la sonde de température dans le réfrigérateur, ce correctif n'a duré que plusieurs mois lorsque la température augmentait et ne l'était pas. garder les choses au frais. Alors maintenant, j'ai un frigo de 3000,00 $ + assis inutile dans mon bar sec grâce à Orford.

Une fois qu'Orford a sa vente, il n'y a pas de service après-vente et pour le type de produit que j'ai acheté, je devrais bénéficier d'années d'entretien sans problème d'un réfrigérateur commercial. Quiconque envisage d'acheter un produit de réfrigérateur d'Orford, rendez-vous service et dépensez votre argent avec ses concurrents et j'espère que vous n'aurez pas les mêmes problèmes.
