Je travaille en tant que consultant dans leur succursale de Dubaï. J'ai atterri dans le pays le 6 octobre 2016. Mon permis d'entrée de travail a été délivré le 28 septembre 2016. J'écris ceci le 23 novembre 2016 et ils n'ont toujours pas traité mon visa sur le passeport. Je leur ai soumis mon passeport pour la même chose et je n'ai aucun document à montrer si un agent des forces de l'ordre me demande de produire une pièce d'identité.

En raison du problème de visa, le compte de salaire local n'a pas non plus été créé.

Ils ont demandé un montant de caution de 1000 AED avant de rejoindre et ont dit qu'ils reviendront dès que j'entrerai dans le pays et que je les rejoindrai. Ils ont également affirmé qu'ils rembourseraient le prix de mon billet. Cela fait plus de 48 jours et je ne sais pas quand ils vous rendront l'argent. J'ai planifié mes dépenses en pensant que cela sera remboursé dès que j'atterrirai dans le pays mais elles ont échoué. La raison pour laquelle ils disent est que je n'ai pas de compte bancaire local (ce n'est pas ma faute, ce n'est pas créé en raison de l'estampillage tardif du visa par eux). Ils auraient très bien pu me payer en espèces / chèque, ce qui m'aurait énormément aidé à gérer mes dépenses.

Comme je n'ai pas de compte bancaire local, ils ont transféré le premier mois de salaire sur mon compte bancaire indien et la transaction n'a pas abouti. J'ai suivi avec eux pour le salaire, mais aucun ne s'intéresse à le résoudre. Après de longs courriels et des escalades, j'ai dû attendre plus de 10 jours pour résoudre ce problème et la douleur de ramener l'argent ici à Dubaï, et payer mes cotisations était exagéré.

Encore une fois, en ce qui concerne la question des visas, le salaire du prochain cycle de salaire doit être à nouveau transféré sur mon compte indien en laissant sans argent dans le pays. Tout l'argent de réserve que j'ai apporté au pays a été dépensé, je suis en retard sur mon loyer depuis plus d'un mois maintenant.

Le visa d'entrée expirant le 26 novembre 2016, me rend encore plus tendu. Je suis stressé depuis plus d'un mois et cela nuit également à ma santé.

Je n'ai jamais vu une entreprise aussi irresponsable de ma vie, À tous ceux qui sont prêts à rejoindre Penta en tant que consultants, Ce sont les problèmes majeurs auxquels vous serez confrontés. Je n'ai rien d'autre à faire que de prier Dieu pour que tous mes problèmes soient résolus le plus rapidement possible.
