J'ai loué un loft 1 chambre pour 2100 $ par mois, un appartement décent. Pas de maintenance, pas de service de verrouillage, pas de réponse à quoi que ce soit. Les parties communes du bâtiment sont sales. Les déchets sont sortis par l'ascenseur résident et répandus sur le sol et personne ne les nettoie. La laveuse et les teinturiers sont une blague. L'épicerie Market Street est à côté et organise constamment des fêtes et ma chambre partage un mur avec eux. L'épicerie laisse également ses ordures sur le trottoir pendant des jours. De plus, les gens urinent à l'entrée principale et bien sûr, elle n'est jamais nettoyée, donc chaque fois que vous entrez ou sortez, vous marchez dans l'urine. L'agent de location David Farkas ne peut être dérangé par rien. Les rats courent dans le sous-sol, des excréments partout. Regardez ailleurs !!!
