Puls annonce qu'ils réparent les appareils électroménagers et qu'ils facturent des frais d'évaluation de 79 $ qui sont remboursables si vous procédez à la réparation en utilisant leur technicien. Ce qui n'est pas expliqué dans leur contrat verbal, c'est qu'ils ne peuvent réparer que certains articles et s'ils n'ont pas l'expertise ou les outils pour réparer votre article, peu importe votre désir / consentement pour qu'ils effectuent la réparation, ils vous facturent toujours les 79 $. réparation des frais d'évaluation même si ce sont eux qui rompent le contrat verbal.
Ils ont mis le consommateur en place dans une situation sans issue:
1) Si vous refusez la réparation, vous payez les frais d'évaluation initiale.
2) S'ils refusent la réparation, vous payez les frais d'évaluation initiale.
Une sorte d'appât et de changement de régime.
