Le 24 décembre 2017, j'ai acheté un chèque-cadeau pour un massage Mole au Rosewood Spa. J'ai reçu un reçu d'achat détaillé avec le chèque-cadeau. Le chèque-cadeau a ensuite été perdu (jeté accidentellement). Je suis allé à Rosewood avec le reçu de cadeau détaillé et personne là-bas n'était prêt à m'aider. Ils ont simplement dit qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire et n'ont proposé aucune solution. Le 26 février 2017, j'ai appelé le siège social de Rosewood à Dallas, au Texas. La femme à qui j'ai parlé au téléphone a dit qu'elle pouvait rectifier la situation en raison du reçu que j'avais et s'est excusé auprès de moi pour le manque d'assistance lorsque je suis allé à Rosewood en personne. Elle a conclu l'appel en disant qu'elle me rappellerait dans quelques jours lorsque je pourrais obtenir un nouveau chèque-cadeau et échanger mon massage acheté. Personne ne m'a jamais rappelé. En mars, je lui ai envoyé 2 courriels à des dates différentes, qui ont toutes deux été ignorées. Au troisième e-mail que j'ai envoyé, j'ai reçu une réponse le 23 mars, disant que le département informatique travaillait sur le problème et que c'était très complexe et que je recevrais bientôt une résolution. La date d'aujourd'hui est le 19 avril 2018 et il n'y a eu aucune autre communication de la part de Rosewood. Ce manque de service client et de responsabilité est dégoûtant. En tant que client, je ne me suis jamais senti aussi maltraité par une entreprise. Nous sommes en 2018 et c'est absolument ridicule qu'une situation aussi simple en apparence soit devenue si difficile en raison du manque de valeurs de service client de la part du personnel de Rosewood. Rosewood semble se targuer d'être une marque de luxe, mais en réalité le service qui m'est offert, le client a été tout sauf.
