J'ai eu plusieurs problèmes depuis mon arrivée dans cet appartement. Le premier était l'homme en colère qui essayait de trouver la fille qui vivait là avant moi. J'ai demandé que les serrures soient changées ou qu'un pêne dormant soit ajouté et on m'a dit qu'il serait pris en charge ... jamais. Le vieux frigo qui accompagnait l'appartement est mort. Il a fallu une semaine pour le faire remplacer, ce qui signifie que j'ai perdu toute la nourriture que j'avais. J'ai alors eu une fuite qui sentait horribe et il a fallu plusieurs jours avant qu'elle ne soit réparée. Plus récemment, mon électricité a été coupée même si elle est incluse dans le loyer. Je suis allé sans électricité pendant 2 jours. Tout ce que vous obtenez en réponse est "je suis désolé". Aucune offre pour jamais remplacer la nourriture perdue. Aucune offre de pause sur le loyer en raison de ne pas avoir de courant pendant 2 jours. Jamais une offre de réduction de loyer car je ne suis pas resté dans l'appartement plusieurs jours à cause de l'odeur nauséabonde. Je suis désolé de ne pas remplacer la nourriture achetée. Je ne suis pas la personne la plus difficile mais ces choses me dérangent définitivement.

Ne louez pas à ces personnes et ne laissez pas votre propriété avec elles !!! Cindy est une psychopathe, personne ne sait ce qu'ils font et volent votre argent. FAIRE ATTENTION

Je vis dans mon appartement depuis près de 2 ans, ils ne font aucune réparation. Avant d'emménager, ils m'ont dit qu'ils peindraient mon appartement et m'apporteraient une sonnette, j'attends toujours

Annonce trompeuse de Craigslist (le condo a été annoncé à un taux mensuel inférieur, puis a déclaré qu'il s'agissait d'une "erreur" lorsque l'intérêt a été manifesté). TRÈS lent à répondre aux e-mails et aux messages vocaux pendant le processus de location et de déménagement. Aucune réponse aux problèmes liés à la propriété louée une fois le bail signé. Informations vagues sur l'intention du propriétaire, le statut de l'extension, etc.

Mon petit ami et moi utilisons Spagna Goodman depuis près de deux ans maintenant. Nous avons déménagé de Buffalo, mais nous voulions garder la maison achetée dans la région de Kenmore/Tonawanda à titre d'investissement. Il a été décidé que nous le louerions à une société de gestion car nous n'habitons plus dans la région. Bien qu'il y ait eu quelques hoquets au début, les choses semblaient bien se dérouler. Puis au cours des derniers mois, aucun de nos contacts chez Spagna Goodman n'a répondu à nos appels téléphoniques. Cindy, notre représentante, en particulier, a été insensible et évasive. Maintenant, il semble que la société empoche l'argent que la propriété gagne car il n'y a eu aucun dépôt sur le compte bancaire depuis deux mois. Parallèlement à cela, il y avait eu des « factures » et un « relevé » que Cindy nous avait envoyés indiquant qu'il y avait un dépôt à la banque et pourtant, comme par magie, il n'apparaissait jamais sur le compte. Nous allons engager une procédure judiciaire et trouver une nouvelle société de gestion. Je suis complètement dégoûté d'eux et je conseille à quiconque envisage d'utiliser cette entreprise à distance pour faire demi-tour et courir!
