J'ai payé les 10 $ requis et j'ai postulé en ligne pour adopter un chiot. J'ai pris environ 30 minutes pour répondre honnêtement à toutes leurs questions. Pour certains contextes, je suis une personne très responsable et stable avec une excellente situation de vie pour un chien, avec une cour entièrement clôturée, travaillant à domicile, des tonnes d'expérience dans l'élevage de chiots, etc. Difficile d'imaginer une meilleure situation pour un chien. Pourtant, Spark m'a refusé à cause de mon âge, de mon état matrimonial et du manque de propriété. Comme j'ai subi une discrimination flagrante, j'ai demandé un appel téléphonique (ce que je pense être dû étant donné que j'ai payé pour l'application). Ils n'ont pas encore répondu à cette demande qui remonte à près d'une semaine. Pourquoi me faire payer la demande et prendre les 30 minutes pour la remplir alors qu'ils allaient simplement me refuser pour des facteurs dont j'aurais pu leur parler en quelques secondes par téléphone? Pratiques commerciales vraiment louches, et refusant maintenant de répondre à mes questions/préoccupations alors que j'ai déjà payé pour le service de l'application. Pas de surprise, la seule autre critique ici est également 1/5 étoiles.
