Terrible. D'abord travaillé avec le propriétaire et perdu 2 jours à attendre une réponse, lorsque nous nous sommes assurés qu'ils savaient que nous étions pressés d'avoir une porte. Ensuite, a été transmis à un autre associé qui a pris 1,5 jours pour répondre à toute correspondance. Après avoir perdu 2 semaines à aller et venir, ils ne pouvaient toujours pas faire les choses correctement. Ils n'avaient qu'à lire un simple e-mail, qui expliquait clairement comment nous voulions procéder, et ne l'a pas fait. Au lieu de cela, ils nous ont envoyé le même devis 3 fois que nous avions précédemment rejeté. Faites-vous plaisir, essayez un autre fournisseur, nous nous dirigeons vers Windows & Doors Inc. à Pompton Plains NJ. Jusqu'à présent, le service client est 10 fois meilleur. Pour info, Home Depot propose les mêmes produits que Tower, cela ne vaut pas la peine

J'ai refait toutes les fenêtres de ma maison via Tower Windows and Doors. Leur équipe de vente était formidable et m'a mis en contact avec quelques entrepreneurs locaux pour l'installation. Dans l'ensemble, la sélection et la possibilité de choisir les fenêtres exactes étaient un énorme avantage. Ils avaient même une baie vitrée personnalisée de 100" faite avec des guillotines doubles flanquantes. Elle a fière allure et s'est beaucoup améliorée par rapport aux fenêtres précédentes de plus de 50 ans! Les fenêtres sont installées depuis 2 ou 3 ans maintenant et résistent très bien.

J'ai eu une expérience fantastique avec eux en 2015, lorsque j'ai acheté 14 fenêtres et 2 portes extérieures pour notre nouvelle maison. Comme j'agissais en tant que mon propre entrepreneur général, j'avais besoin d'informations, et ils m'en ont fourni de manière judicieuse et experte. Ils ont anticipé les exigences spéciales du code qui exigeaient du verre trempé à quelques endroits et une fenêtre à battants dans une petite chambre pour répondre aux exigences d'évacuation incendie. J'y retournerai pour les besoins futurs.
