Le roulement élevé du personnel ne vous dérange pas? Une chose que je sais avec certitude, c'est que de nombreux membres du personnel ne sont pas correctement formés et sont simplement promus à leur poste sans la bonne éducation et formation. Je suis convaincu que de nombreux emplois dans les services à la personne en souffrent. Ils savent qui ils sont. et c'est eux qui font que l'entreprise a l'air si mauvaise. ils bavardent, se font passer pour des professionnels mais sont extrêmement minants.

Il y a ce conseiller Roosevelt qui vole les médicaments des gens et les fait expulser. C'est un pos. Et brûle les clients.

De nombreux programmes pour les troubles liés à la toxicomanie

**** Attention ***** pas sûr pour les LGBT. Surtout pas pour les transsexuels. À mon avis, Mme Angela dans une «maison Shepard» sur la rue Windermere à Dorchester déteste les transsexuels. Elle m'a jeté dehors à 20 heures un lundi soir et a refusé d'entendre ma version de l'histoire. Elle m'a accusé d'inconduite sexuelle. Pas même un trajet jusqu'à la gare.
