J'ai eu une grande expérience en achetant un Aqua Lily Pad comme cadeau pour ma mère. L'expédition a été retardée en raison du COVID, mais j'ai été tenu au courant et une fois le tampon expédié, nous l'avons eu en moins de 48 heures. Quand notre pad est arrivé, il y avait une petite déchirure, alors j'ai contacté ALP et ils ont rapidement résolu le problème. J'ai entendu presque immédiatement et j'ai eu la possibilité de renvoyer le pad (sans frais pour moi) et de remplacer le pad par un nouveau ou d'obtenir un kit de réparation gratuit et un haut-parleur sans fil pour les inconvénients. Je recommande vivement ALP pour ses excellents produits et son excellent service client.

Les entreprises concurrentes avaient des produits en stock et auraient pu arriver en quelques jours. Les informations fournies par votre entreprise indiquent désormais qu'elle a été expédiée le 6.15 et devrait arriver le 6.19.20. Ce message est le 6.24 et n'est toujours pas arrivé, et votre entreprise n'a pas répondu pourquoi. En ce jour de suivi des informations, nous devrions savoir où se trouve le produit et la date de livraison.
J'espère que le produit sera bon quand il arrivera, car malheureusement, ce sera le dernier achat direct de cette société. Je recommande fortement d'utiliser Amazon ou directement via Costco si vous achetez.
