J'ai acheté mon premier Macbook Air en 2017 pour mon diplôme de premier cycle. L'ordinateur portable était génial, il a tout aimé. Mais après deux ans, il a soudainement cessé de fonctionner. Sachant que c'est une machine et que toutes les machines ne peuvent pas être parfaites, j'en ai acheté une autre à l'aveuglette, ne sachant pas que cela cesserait également de fonctionner dès la première année.
Sur tous les produits Apple, il y a une garantie de 1 an.
J'ai acheté mon deuxième macbook air le 30 août 2019 (avec une preuve de la facture) et Apple rejette ma demande de garantie même s'il me reste 10 jours.

Le problème réside dans la carte mère et la batterie, Apple vend des ordinateurs portables défectueux et essaie de tirer le meilleur parti de ses clients.
N'achetez pas ce produit. Mac Book Air est le pire ordinateur portable,

Apple India semble simplement s'intéresser à la vente de produits et il n'y a rien de plus. Bienvenue dans un enfer de service après-vente par Apple Inde. Mon adaptateur Macbook Pro a cessé de fonctionner et selon leur centre de service, il faudra 2 semaines pour le faire réparer et cela n'est pas non plus confirmé. Pourquoi diable ai-je payé 1,4 L pour un Macbook Pro de 13 pouces ????? L'équipe de direction d'Apple Inde ne s'intéresse qu'à la vente de produits et n'a aucune idée de la façon dont le service fonctionne. Apple États-Unis doit l'examiner de près niveau en Inde. Si les prix sont strictement contrôlés, quel est le niveau de contrôle du service. Apple Inde veut juste aveugler Apple USA et afficher ses ventes. Apple US doit faire attention à investir en Inde car il est certain que son activité sera La direction semble satisfaite de ses salaires et primes.
