En appelant ce numéro au service des dossiers médicaux de MSHA, ce message a été reçu, `` si vous recevez ce message avant 23 heures, ne laissez pas d'enregistrement car ce n'est pas un message vocal valide, rappelez. Si après 23 heures, appelez l'opérateur de l'hôpital et demandez au superviseur de la maison de téléphoner. '' J'ai suivi ce processus TROIS fois et pourtant, quelqu'un répond au numéro de téléphone des dossiers médicaux. Ainsi, un mois après avoir dessiné le travail de laboratoire, j'ai heurté un mur de briques, pour ainsi dire pour obtenir les rapports nécessaires, car je dois retourner au cabinet du médecin principal dans deux jours pour évaluer les rapports afin d'aider à poser un diagnostic. Problèmes rencontrés lors de la prise de sang à First Assist Urgent Care à Jonesborough; Je n'ai pas été informé que les rapports ne sont pas revenus dans cet établissement, le bureau du médecin a appelé à plusieurs reprises First Assist pour obtenir des rapports de laboratoire, le patient appelé First Assist, informé d'appeler Synergy Labs pour un rapport, Synergy Labs a informé le patient qu'il ne pouvait pas donner les résultats du patient sur le téléphone, patient informé d'appeler le service des dossiers médicaux de MSHA pour obtenir des rapports. Le Dr J ne se coordonnerait pas avec le cardiologue de ma mère et je devais orchestrer cela et insister là-dessus de manière très affirmée, ce qui semblait mettre son ego en dérangement.
Le Dr J a également envoyé à ma mère deux spécialistes, ce qui était à la fois une perte de temps, d'efforts et d'argent.
Je ne recommanderais en aucun cas cet établissement ou cette équipe de soins.
Pour cette zone, ils sont peut-être considérés comme de premier ordre, mais comparés à d'autres zones et à des zones plus urbaines, ils ne peuvent pas rivaliser.
L'ego, je dirais, est le principal problème ici.
De plus, ETSU n'est pas une bonne école de médecine, donc utiliser ces types de médecins n'est peut-être pas le meilleur.
C'est ce que je ressens en fonction de mes expériences.
Mon mari a un cancer du poumon de stade 3 et son médecin, le Dr Spradling, est l'un des médecins les plus compatissants et compréhensifs que j'aie jamais rencontrés. Elle est très professionnelle et prend vraiment soin de tous ses patients. Une femme formidable.
