Je suis parent de première année d'une fille de 10e année et j'adore cette école. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui ont un district scolaire défaillant au sein de PGH. L'horaire scolaire est un peu plus éprouvant pour les enfants, mais dans l'ensemble, je pense qu'il les prépare à l'université et finalement à l'âge adulte. La seule chose sur laquelle je pense que l'école devrait travailler est d'apprendre aux enfants à se respecter les uns les autres pendant les heures de classe. Bien que ce soit quelque chose qui devrait être instillé à la maison; et malheureusement ce n'est pas toujours fait; l'école devrait chercher des moyens de renforcer cela. J'ai eu 3 incidents avec ma fille cette année dans lesquels elle a été la cible de méchanceté, d'ignorance et presque d'intimidation. Je sais que la plupart des lycées ne peuvent pas tout contrôler; mais la seule chose sur laquelle l'école se concentre pendant les orientations des parents et des élèves est la façon dont ils s'attendent à ce que chaque élève agisse. Dans ces situations, il semble simplement qu'ils doivent donner aux enfants plus de conseils sur le respect de leurs camarades.

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai toujours le sentiment que ma fille a grandi sur le plan académique et qu'elle obtiendra son diplôme avec une solide formation qui la préparera à l'université et une bonne éthique de travail pour faire face au marché du travail.

Je livre souvent ici et je lyke ce que je vois. Les enfants sont polis et le personnel n'est pas des imbéciles comme certains endroits où je vais!
