J'avais un système de contrôle des inondations de station de relevage Tramco dans ma maison à Chicago installé par Nuzzo Plumbing et je n'ai jamais craint qu'il ne s'éteigne, ou qu'il ne soit inondé dans mon sous-sol. Il est bien conçu avec une redondance intégrée. Maintenant que je suis en banlieue, je suis à la recherche d'une pompe à pied Tramco sur un zoeller submersible ou une grande marque qui est remplacée tous les 5 ans par précaution. 200 à 300 $ + pompe de bricolage / grande boîte tous les 5 ans s'ajoute, et l'anxiété n'en vaut tout simplement pas la peine.

J'ai eu des pompes Tramco dans mes 3 dernières maisons. Ils ont été les plus fiables et les plus durables! Ma première maison en avait une et j'ai déménagé après 20 ans. Ma deuxième maison avait un éjecteur d'égout et une pompe de puisard Tramco depuis 1963 et ça marche toujours! Absolument j'ai installé des unités Tramco dans ma troisième maison! Tout inspecteur ou plombier a commenté "wow un Tramco, c'est un bon produit"!

J'ai pris un moteur d'une pompe à éjecteur Tramco pour réparation à cet endroit le 12/04/2015 ... on m'a dit d'appeler le lendemain ... j'ai appelé le lendemain pas une ou deux ou trois fois .... au moins 6 fois j'ai appelé et laissé des messages vocaux pour tout le monde que je pouvais et RIEN !!! Pas un seul rappel. Je pensais qu'ils avaient peut-être leur fête de vacances ou quelque chose comme ça. Ce matin 12/06/2015 mon sous-sol avait 2 pouces d'eau ... J'ai appelé le plombier qui a sorti le moteur et dit d'appeler la société Tramco; appelé à 7 h 20 et est allé à la messagerie vocale du propriétaire. Le plombier a appelé le propriétaire directement et m'a fait descendre à leur entreprise et m'a dit qu'il prendrait des dispositions. Quand je suis arrivé, ils ont essayé de me vendre un nouveau moteur et ont même préparé le devis pour moi 623 $ !!! ... Je leur ai dit que je voulais récupérer mon moteur et ils ont répondu "Je ne sais même pas où il est, laissez je le cherche ... donne moi 15min ... "Après 10min ils ont" trouvé "et testé mon moteur et devinez quoi ??? !!! ??? Il n'y avait rien de mal à ça ... N'y allez pas! VOUS SEREZ ARRACHÉ. Ne vous embêtez pas à appeler, ils peuvent avoir des problèmes avec les téléphones aussi ... absolument AUCUN SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE ​​!!! Je ne peux que me demander comment ils sont restés en affaires aussi longtemps. Je dois dire que si l'entreprise a l'air vraiment vieille et désuète ... elle est peut-être sur le point de faire faillite. Éloignez-vous de la société Tramco Pumps!
