Gestion d'immeuble, 1 ÉTOILE: Le stationnement est TRÈS limité pour les employés du COE et coûte ~ 110-130 $ par mois une fois que vous êtes hors de la liste d'attente, ce qui prend des mois ou dans mon cas des années! Sans stationnement, il s'agit d'un danger pour la sécurité à haut risque. Ces derniers temps, presque tous les jours, des employés sont soit attaqués, soit confrontés à des sans-abri qui flânent devant le 7-11 et l'entrée de notre immeuble. Oui, nos agents de sécurité patrouillent et font un excellent travail de réponse, mais cela n'a pas empêché les attaques. Si vous pouvez vous défendre ou acquérir un parking avec des chuchotements magiques à la direction du bâtiment, vous apprécierez l'emplacement du centre-ville du bâtiment. Oh, sachez également que le bâtiment a eu des punaises de lit cette année pendant plusieurs mois, et que les ascenseurs tombent en panne et piègent les gens, deux fois aujourd'hui - d'où cette mise à jour.

USACE Sacramento, 5 ÉTOILES: Pour ce qui est de l'organisation actuelle, rien à redire, l'USACE est un excellent lieu de travail!
