Je travaillais avec un recruteur, Carl White, dans cette entreprise et j'avais bien sûr les allers-retours habituels lorsque je traitais avec une agence de recrutement. Rien d'anormal. Il était très professionnel et m'appelait dès qu'un poste devenait disponible et il pensait que je pouvais être un bon candidat. Cependant, parfois, la communication ne serait pas si bonne. Je n'aurais pas de ses nouvelles à moins d'avoir lancé un appel ou un e-mail.

Tout compte fait, il a pu me trouver une interview avec Cal Optima, ce qui était génial. Il m'a ensuite mis en contact avec un autre recruteur, Haylee Shalaby. Tout se passait comme d'habitude. Je suis allé à l'entretien, ils m'ont aimé et m'ont proposé le poste, etc. Eh bien, il s'agissait de faire le dépistage standard des drogues et la vérification des antécédents. Tout allait bien sauf pour la vérification des antécédents pour une raison quelconque. Eh bien, j'ai attendu une semaine après qu'on m'a dit que cela pouvait prendre jusqu'à 3 jours. Encore une fois, j'ai dû appeler et entamer un dialogue et je n'ai reçu de réponse que quelques jours plus tard avec peu ou pas d'informations et on m'a dit "d'attendre plus longtemps".

Donc, une autre semaine s'écoule et aucun mot. De l'un ou l'autre recruteur. Donc, encore une fois, j'ai dû sensibiliser par e-mail ET par téléphone. Pas un mot en retour de l'un ou l'autre des représentants. Carl a compris à quel point j'étais excité et impatient de commencer un nouveau poste et à quel point j'avais besoin de travailler.

À ce jour, je n'ai toujours pas entendu un mot de l'une ou l'autre personne. Pas une seule mise à jour. Je pense que c'était extrêmement peu professionnel et émotionnellement frustrant.
